וַיְבָרֲכֵם בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא לֵאמוֹר – “On that day [Yaakov] blessed them.” (Bereishis 48:20)
In our lives, we sometimes get stuck in the future and we forget to appreciate the present.
Said the Chassidic masters: וַיְבָרֲכֵם – Do you know what he blessed them with? בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא – With that day. He gave them the ability to focus on the “now” and live that day to the fullest. Nu, when? 🔥
