So those lamb chops are grilled and roasted, and they’re on a laffa. It was called a Korban Pesach.
One person eats this Korban Pesach, and he says “Hashem, I want to connect to you through this, let me find you in this ritual, in this achila that I’m going to be doing for you.”
Said the Gemara – צדיקים ילכו בה
The other person says “Oh my gosh, I never had such a good laffa in my life.” And he just fresses it.
Says the Gemara – פושעים יכשלו בה
Say all the Chassidic masters: Hashem says, רְאֵה, אָנֹכִי – I need you to see in whatever you’re going to be doing, if you can find the “אָנֹכִי”. Could you find me in whatever you are doing, so that your intention could sanctify whatever you’re doing that it should be an elevating experience…? Today.
